  1. Great to keep one opened window over another opened window; instead of side by side, or one above the other (which is not always very practical on small screen netbooks). Plus = it’s free.

  2. To the less experienced the configuration choices may at first seem a little overwhelming, which is a shame as AIS really is very easy to use. You can simply ignore the choices that don’t apply to you, plus the documentation and support if you need it really are excellent

  3. Unfortunately, this is probably still the same version I used 9 years ago; it appears it has not been updated, and the associated website for the application does not seem to exist. That said, I was able to get it to work on Windows 7 64-bit…

  4. Tried 30 min to get any email addresses out – not working. Hope I will get back my money!

  5. SErious bugs make use unwarranted for some, dangerous for others. It isntalls hardware drivers that aren’t removed with uninstall, which can result in blue-screens or corrupted hardisk.

  6. I tried to clone my internal drive to my USB drive. Although True Image went through all the motions and even reported success, nothing changed. After my experience with tech support, I’m thinking about asking them about that one as well, but it’s a feature I can live without. Everything else has worked flawlessly.

  7. Not much selection for building structures, sometimes it just gets annoying to cooperate with. Takes longer than anyting I’ve ever used to understand. Not much selection for enemys other than humans.
