  1. Good quality of PDF conversion but when we need more advanced functions actually we have to buy full OCR software package like finereader of abbyy or omnipage. Often I need to convert scanned documents and images (riffm jpg) to text that next I will edit and share – here I use finereader. And for more simply task of PDF conversion I think this would the optimal solution.

  2. Have now uninstalled, and will NOT use again, as IObit are being sued by Malwarebites for stealing their malware database!!!

  3. Output file location cumbersome
Output only to 8.5″ x 11″- which wont work well for D sized prints.

  4. I’ve spent the past 2 days uninstalling it and reinstalling it to make it work, and looking for an older version that works. I’m sick of this happening every time it updates

  5. They force-installed Claro-search along with their software which has hijacked firefox and is now a pain in the ass to uninstall. I can only imagine what other shady things the developers put in the code of this program, but I’m not sticking with it to find out. The developers of eM Client SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED with sensitive information like email.

  6. While converting it is pretty sluggish, you should close all applications before encoding.

  7. Furthermore you can synchronize documents on your local computer with the cloud in the same way as with Dropbox.

  8. I have fifteen other antimalware programs I use to keep this computer protected. Arovax consistently finds spyware none of the other programs can. I think Arovax is indispensible. (I hesitate to say this because I am on Social Security, and the fact Arovax is freeware is very appealing. [[I hope it stays this way]]).

  9. Installer also installs 2 programs that you don’t want. And it is made quite (deliberately…?) confusing to make sure that you accidentally agree.

  10. I wrote an image of my newly installed XP to a second hard drive, then burned that image to a DVD. Tried to restore from the DVD, the program wouldn’t do it, said the file was corrupt. Tried to create the image direct to DVD, the program wouldn’t do it. This happened twice, with two different reasons given. First time it ejected the DVD abd asked for CD, second time it said it was a trial version and wouldn’t proceed. So, tried to create image to a set of CDs. On the third CD, the program quit with errors. There seems to be no way to write only the third CD again, and I already have enough coasters. So, I have no way of knowing whether the image I made can be restored or not. I would have thought that was fairly important information. Oh, and I didn’t try to restore from the second hard drive because I have zero confidence, based on what I’ve seen of the program so far, that this software wouldn’t trash the disk.
